• Account Information: We collect details you provide directly to us when creating or modifying your profile, including your email address and profile information (such as your display name).
• Band Membership Information: We store information detailing the bands you create, join, or collaborate with, as well as roles assigned within those bands.
• User Content: We store and process content that you create or upload within the application, including songs, setlists, show schedules, notes, chord charts, uploaded files, and audio files.
• Usage and Diagnostic Information: We gather data on how you interact with our services, including actions taken, page views, sync performance metrics, and application performance logs.
• Device Information: We collect diagnostic and technical info about the device you use to access the app (such as operating system version, device model, and unique identifiers) to assist with troubleshooting, crash logs, and maintaining core app functionality.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We integrate with trusted third-party platforms to support our application infrastructure and communication:

• Supabase: Provides backend infrastructure, authentication, and database services.
• Resend: Handles transactional emails, support conversations, and band membership invites.
• Expo: Delivers updates, application builds, and platform services where applicable.

4. Content Ownership

You maintain full ownership of all songs, setlists, charts, audio tracks, and documents that you upload or create in BandHQ. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited, secure license to host, parse, and synchronize this data solely to deliver the service features to you and your band members.

5. Collaboration and Shared Visibility

BandHQ is inherently collaborative. Any content shared within a band workspace, such as shared setlists, show dates, and song charts, will be visible and editable by other invited and approved members of that same band. Please exercise caution when sharing confidential or sensitive notes with other band members.

6. No Sale of Personal Information

We respect your data privacy. BandHQ does not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information or content to third parties under any circumstances.

7. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You can delete your account and all associated personal records at any time. Account deletion can be triggered directly from inside the app settings (**Settings** > **Account** > **Delete Account**) or by sending a request from your registered email address to support@getbandhq.com. Upon verification, deletion permanently removes your personal account data and associated sync files from our primary servers, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

8. Age Requirements

BandHQ is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.

9. Paid Subscriptions

In the future, BandHQ may offer paid subscription tiers containing advanced performance tools, cloud storage options, and exclusive feature sets. All payments will be processed securely through compliant third-party payment gateways, and will be subject to billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
